β We will send our delivery agent to your address to take the returned items.
β Return is free if itβs due to a defect or an error from our side. Otherwise You are responsible for the return shipping costs [25Aed}.
β Refund will be processed within 1-2 days via bank transfer.
Damaged and Defective Items
β If you receive damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
β Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, and we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
β If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund. If it has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
